A massive brush fire burned hundreds of acres in the Angeles National Forest on Thursday.

The blaze, dubbed the Colby Fire, broke out at about 5:50 a.m. near Glendora, according to officials.

KTLA reporter Chris Burrous used his cellphone to record as L.A. County firefighters battled the flames.
