President of the Global Women Foundation and The California Women’s Conference, Michelle Patterson joined us live to discuss the four barrier breakers for women such as equalizing pay and enjoying maternity leave without guilt.

The California Women’s Conference is the largest women’s symposium in North America that has featured esteemed First Ladies, A-List Hollywood celebrities, and high caliber business influences. The conference is scheduled for May 19-20, 2014 in Long Beach, CA.

Michelle is also the CEO of Women Network LLC, an online digital media platform dedicated to giving women a voice and sharing their message. The Four Barrier Breakers for Working Women include equalizing pay and negotiating raises, enjoying a maternity leave without the guilt, mentoring other women to help them up the corporate ladder, and adding a feminine touch to a male-dominated work environment.
