Three people were hospitalized after a crash sent their vehicle off a Malibu cliffside on Wednesday night.

The crash involved two vehicles and happened on the 25800 block of West Pacific Coast Highway near Corral Canyon Drive, confirmed the Lost Hills Watch Command.

Authorities say the two-car crash sent one of the vehicles off PCH and over a cliffside.

All three passengers were trapped inside the vehicle and required extrication.

Sky5 images show the vehicle landing on the beachfront area near Lifeguard Station 3. The collision left the car completely destroyed.
