Authorities were searching on Saturday for two people in connection with a shooting outside of a Hollywood recording studio that left two people injured the night before, authorities said.
The shooting occurred about 11:10 p.m. Friday by the Cascade Studios, located at 6611 Santa Monica Blvd., according to Sgt. Talmage of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division.
One of the victims was hit in the hand, while the other was hit in the arm, Talmage said. Their conditions were not known, but the sergeant said both were expected to survive.
Authorities said two people fled on foot, but may have gotten into a vehicle, according to Talmage.
He did not provide any information about, or descriptions of, the assailants. A motive was also not known.
It was unclear whether the involved parties were rehearsing at the studio or passersby, the sergeant said.
No further information was released about the incident, which remained under investigation.
