A $50,000 reward is being offered for information in a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred last weekend in West Adams, the Los Angeles Police Department officials announced Friday.

Iris Davis, 50, was crossing West Adams Boulevard outside the crosswalk near the intersection with Vineyard Avenue about 1:40 a.m. Nov. 12.

She was struck by a driver in a pickup truck who did not stop, police said.

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model light-colored truck, but it is unclear what make. It is also believed to be raised like an off-road vehicle.

Davis was with a friend when she was stuck, but the other woman was not injured, police said.

The reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the driver.
