78-Year-Old Man Reported Missing From Marina Del Rey Area Found Safe

A 78-year-old man was found safe in the Los Angeles area Thursday, just hours after detectives issued a special bulletin for the public’s help in locating him.

Howard Bruce Vein was last seen driving away from the Marina Del Rey area around 8 a.m. on March 30, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Vein was driving a silver, 2007 Saturn Aura XE, with a California license plate 5XNC749, the bulletin stated. He has not been heard from since.

“His family is very concerned and is also asking for the communities help,” the bulletin stated.
