A 7-year-old girl is set to return to her native Afghanistan after being treated in the United States for serious injuries.

Shah Bibi lost her right arm and eye when she unwittingly picked up a grenade near her home.

She was brought to the U.S. by the Children of War Foundation, and was fitted with a prosthetic arm at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Los Angeles.
