A driver and a passenger are in custody after a pursuit came to an end along railroad tracks in Palmdale Friday night, aerial video from Sky5 showed.

The pursuit apparently began in Santa Clarita about 8:10 p.m. when the driver was spotted driving erratically. The pursuit was then called off in the Lake Isabella Parkway area.

The California Highway Patrol eventually picked up the pursuit when the driver was heading along the 14 Freeway and made it to Angeles Forest Highway, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials said.

The driver then turned onto Old Nadeau Road and drove onto railroad tracks in the area. The driver and a passenger were taken into custody about 9:10 p.m., aerial video showed.
