KTLA 5’s Elizabeth Espinosa donned her workout gear to get a first-hand sampling of the cross-fit regimen, all for a good cause.

The event is happening at Trojan Cross Fit, 431 So. Hewitt St., Los Angeles 90013.  The donation fee is $20, and all proceeds will go to the families of the slain officers.
