The public’s help was being sought Monday in identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run collision that resulted in the death of a 22-year-old Los Angeles man.

The crash happened in the South Park area of South L.A. around 8:25 p.m. on Sunday, June 7 at the intersection of Slauson Avenue and San Pedro Place, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.
