Early voting centers open for California recall race

Gov. Gavin Newsom is facing a recall effort on Sept. 14, but those who want to vote early can do so in L.A. County.

Voters can visit locator.lavote.net to find a voting center near them, as well as estimated wait times at those voting centers.
