13-Year-Old Boy Found Safe in Azusa After Being Reported Missing in Altadena

A 13-year-old boy was found safe Wednesday after being reported missing in Altadena.

Los Angeles County deputies found Jeremiah Rayshawn Gibson at the APU/Citrus College Gold Line station in Azusa around 9 a.m. The Sheriff’s Department previously said he was last seen at the Altadena Library at 2659 Lincoln Ave. around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

He was described to be 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 106 pounds.

“His loved ones have not seen or heard from him,” the Sheriff’s Department said earlier. “They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help in locating him.”

Anyone with information was asked to contact the agency’s Altadena station at 626-798-1131.

Authorities provided no further details about the case.
