Power was fully restored at LAX Wednesday afternoon after a brief outage that lasted less than an hour, officials said.
The outage affected most terminals at the busy airport, as well as TSA screening, which was briefly stopped amid the issue.
Officials added that the airfield was operating normally, but some departing flights, traffic lights and other systems may have been impacted.
“Crews were able to make switches in the field to reroute power to LAX and restore service,” officials detailed in an update. “LAX reports systems are coming back online.”
