Hugo Cisneros was picked up by a Good Samaritan from Ontario on Monday who drove him to Fontana after Cisneros indicated that he may live in the area, the Fontana Police Department stated in a news release.

Once in Fontana, the Good Samaritan contacted a police officer to help Cisneros find his home.

With Cisneros unable to recall his address or where he was from, officers were unable to reunite him with his family.

Cisneros, who police said has Alzheimer’s disease, is currently in the care of social services and appears to be in good health, according to the news release.

Anyone who recognizes Cisneros was asked to contact the Police Department at 909-350-7700.
