Police responded to her home, in the 1200 block of Angelo Drive, at 6:30 a.m., LAPD Officer Muria Vanegas said. Authorities had initially said the home was located on Hollywood Hills Road.

The man was “checking out the house” when officers arrived and never enter the residence, the Los Angeles Times reported.

He was identified as 39-year-old Joshua Corbett from Glendale, according to Vanegas.

Corbett was booked on a burglary charge, Vanegas added.

It was not immediately clear whether the Oscar-winner was there at the time, but Vanegas said there was at least one person inside the residence during the incident.

KTLA’s Tim Dechant contributed to this report.
