A newspaper salesman who became trapped in his stand, and stuck for four days amid record-high heat in the Harvard Heights neighborhood, was malnourished and dehydrated when rescued, police told KTLA on Tuesday. Courtney Friel reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016.
