A California mother is outraged that one of the five people who helped kidnap and kill her son will soon be a free man.

Her son, 15-year-old Nick Markowitz died in 2000, in what became known as the “Alpha Dog” murder case.

Now 13 years later, one of the men involved in Nick’s death has been granted parole.
