Lilia Brego Figueroa filed at $25 million lawsuit Monday against the LAPD, Police Chief Charlie Beck, two police officers, the City of Los Angeles and Mayor Eric Garcetti in the death of her son, Omar Abrego, who died following a violent confrontation with police last August.
