North Tustin woman’s $23K garage doors spark controversy with homeowner’s association

A woman who’s lived in her North Tustin home for about a decade said she’s made plenty of changes without complaints from her neighbors or homeowner’s association. 

But after she recently spent $23,000 redoing her garage doors, she says the homeowner’s association told her she needs to repaint them or face legal action and fines.
