O.C. cracks down on speeding vehicles along Pacific Coast Highway

Orange County officials are cracking down on a growing number of speeding vehicles along the Pacific Coast Highway, with stricter enforcement that will last throughout the year.

A total of 124 speeding citations were issued in O.C. as of 6 p.m. Saturday.
