Ventura County authorities were searching for a flasher who has been spotted recently at several parks in the eastern part of Thousand Oaks.
The man has been exposing himself to random people at various area parks typically between the hours of 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., a Sunday news release from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department said.
All of the indecent exposures occurred during the past week.
The flasher was described as Hispanic, standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing roughly 150 pounds, with short, spiky hair, according to the release. No composite sketch has been released.
He was possibly driving a silver compact vehicle.
Parkgoers were encouraged to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to Ventura County Crime Stoppers by dialing 800-222-8477.
Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person responsible for the crime, according to the release.
