Police were asking for the public’s help Tuesday in identifying a man wanted for exposing himself while sexually assaulting women in the San Pedro area.

The first reported incident occurred in April, when the man approached a 16-year-old girl at a bus stop and made lewd and suggestive comments while fondling himself, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.

In June, the same man allegedly walked up behind a woman, grabbed her breasts and exposed himself, the release stated.

The most recent attack occurred in November.

In that instance, the man again approached a woman, exposed himself and groped her breasts before fleeing, police said.

One of the victims managed to take a picture of the man with her cellphone as he boarded a bus.

The attacker was described only as a male Hispanic, 19 to 25 years old, standing 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 to 200 pounds with black hair.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims.

Anyone with information was asked to call Harbor Division Officer Orijel at 310-726-7919 or 310-726-7915.
