Staples Center welcomes back Lakers fans after more than a year of closure

After more than a year of being closed to fans, the Staples Center reopened Thursday for a Lakers game against the Boston Celtics, with pandemic restrictions in place. Fans are required to show a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination before entering the downtown L.A. building.
