CA Board Holds Meeting After 2 More Horses Die at Santa Anita Race Track, Bringing Death Toll to 25

The California Horse Racing Board met Thursday to discuss the deaths of the 25 horses that have died since Dec. 26, as well as harness training, racing operations and state licensing. The meeting was held after two more horses died within the past week. Chris Wolfe reports for the KTLA 5 News on May 23, 2019.
