RESEDA, Calif. (KTLA) — Authorities investigating the hit-and-run death of an aspiring firefighter have uncovered new information from surveillance video.

The grainy video from the Orange Line bus stop at Reseda Boulevard shows not one — but two vehicles — hitting 22-year-old Thomas Price.

First, an SUV hits Price as he walks across the street. Then, a second car runs him over and also continues without stopping.

Price, an L.A. Valley College student, was planning to be a firefighter like his grandfather, a Ventura County fire captain, his family said.

His mother April, a single parent, says she wants closure and for the drivers who ran her son down to come forward.

“Any leads at all… just do the right thing,” she said. “My family needs closure, and to have two people have run him over like an animal in the street is deeply disturbing.”
