Police are searching for additional victims after arresting a 46-year-old volunteer football coach at a Highland Park high school for allegedly sexually assaulting current and former students, according to officials with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Jaime Jimenez, who had been coaching football at Franklin High School since 1998, was arrested Thursday, according to an LAPD news release.

“Investigators believe Jimenez may have victimized former students who are now adults and are urging them to come forward,” the news release stated.
