Wild Summer Weather Brings Rain and Heat to SoCal in Same Day

Southern California saw weather ranging from rain and lightning to sweltering heat. Lightning prompted closures of L.A. County beaches from Torrance to Malibu Tuesday morning. And as the day progressed, many saw the temperatures soaring, with more heat expected Wednesday. Kimberly Cheng reports for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on July 23, 2019.
