Senator Fran Pavley joined state conservation officials and community activists in Agoura Hills on Friday to celebrate a decision by the Wildlife Conservation Board to purchase Chesebro Meadow,  a critical property north of Highway 101 in the Liberty Canyon wildlife corridor. The board plans to use $3.35 million in state bond funds for the purchase.
