Windows of West L.A. business shattered during public works project, owner says

A family-owned business in West Los Angeles is in a battle with the city after a public works project allegedly shattered their storefront windows. The damage cost more than $30,000 to fix and the city refuses to pay the bill, says Melissa Rayner, owner of Trader Boys.
