A 9-month-old boy was released on bail Thursday after being arrested for his “involvement” in an alleged assassination attempt on police in Pakistan, authorities said.

Nine-month-old Moosa Khan was accused of stoning police officers in the city of Lahore, according to a report from CNN.

Video from GEO-TV that aired on the network showed the boy being fingerprinted at the police station in Lahore.

A judge later released the boy into the custody of his grandfather, CNN reported.

After video of boy’s plight went viral, officials reportedly suspended the officer who filed the initial case.
