WINDS WILL PEAK LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 70 TO 75 MPH OVER THE FAVORED PEAKS. GUSTS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE AS FAR WEST AS THE
VENTURA COUNTY COAST AND THE MALIBU COASTLINE EAST TO THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS. THE COMBINATION OF  GUSTY WINDS, HUMIDITIES DROPPING TO 5 PERCENT OR LESS, AND HIGH FUEL LEVELS WILL CONTINUE THE THREAT OF FIRE DANGER.

BE VIGILANT, IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.
