The Amity Foundation uses meditation to give hope to millions of people who suffer from extreme stress and depression. The foundation’s Amistad de Los Angeles campus helps underserved communities including prisoners and parolees in Southern California.

Meditation teacher Michel Pascal explains how everyone can benefit from his new way of meditating.
