Fire conditions will develop along the west portion of the Santa Barbara south coast tonight and redevelop again Tuesday night. But then the focus of the gusty winds and low RH will shift east Tuesday night through Wednesday morning and a fire weather watch is in effect for the Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles county mountains Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.
